Who you will actually be dealing with
Whatever the final line-up looks like, the structure does not change. One person leads your account and does a meaningful share of the delivery. You get their email and their phone number, not a shared inbox. If the work needs a specialist we do not have, we say so and bring one in rather than pretending otherwise.
